Fundamental Movement Skills

Pupils from Junior Infants to Second Class focus on the basic fundamental movement skills during their PE lessons.  The lessons focus upon locomotor skills which involve different ways of moving such as running, skipping and jumping.  As well as stability skills to develop balance and manipulative skills such as catching, throwing, kicking and striking.  The children really enjoy these lessons and developing their movement skills.
