Fundamental Movement Skills

During the first term Junior Infants to Second Class had some P.E. lessons based around the basic fundamental movement skills.  The lessons focused upon locomotor skills which involve different ways of moving such as running, skipping and jumping.  As well as stability skills to develop balance and manipulative skills such as catching, throwing, kicking and striking.  The children really enjoyed these lessons and developed their movement skills.
