We have been very lucky to have been given the chance to work with artist Monica O'Meara on an art project through the Blast Art Program for Schools. Monica is an incredibly talented artist with a particular interest in ceramic art. https://www.momeara.art

The aim of the Blast scheme is to give students in primary and post primary schools all over the country the opportunity to work with a professional artist on unique projects to be planned and developed between the artist, the teacher and the school. Schools will apply for a BLAST Arts-in-Education Residency to the full-time education centre in their area, based on the Online Register of Approved Artists.

Our chosen theme is 'The Farm'. Watch this space for the final masterpiece!

The finished product!!
